We at Finembelli strive to give you a fast and smooth delivery experience. Here are the details of our delivery:

Delivery time: All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. Delivery time may vary depending on your choice of shipping option and your location, but normally it takes 3-7 working days.
Shipping cost: Shipping is free for orders over 20 rings. For orders below this amount, a fixed fee is added.
Tracking: When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily follow the package's journey.
International shipping: We offer delivery to several countries. Delivery times and shipping costs for international orders are shown at checkout.

We want you to feel secure with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy return and exchange options. Read our policy below:

Right of return: You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Exchange: If you want to exchange your product for a different size or model, contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to help.
Return process:
1. Contact us at info@finembelli.com to register your return and receive a return shipping slip.
2. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging and enclose the return slip.
3. Return the package according to the instructions.
Refund: Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount within 10 working days via the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged products: If the product is defective or damaged on delivery, contact us immediately and we will replace it at no extra charge.
